Acoup are authorized by MOHRE ( The UAE’s Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization) to offer outsource contract staffing on a temporary and permanent basis.
Permanent staffing solutions are either from our recruited source on your behalf, or your company has decided to outsource this responsibility to acoup as your Professional Employer Organization (PEO)
A PEO is also referred to as an EOR (employer of record) which is an all-incl usive outsourcing option in which Acoup enters into a co-employment service level agreement with your company, taking over many of the employer-related HR + Payroll responsibilities in full compliance with the UAE labor law.
