We are searching for a Telemarketer who will be able to execute exceptional customer service and sales activity within a market leader of the industry. 

Job Responsibilities 

• To undertake outbound and inbound telesales activity with clients, and deliver a quality service at all times. 
• Executive exceptional customer service, displaying excellent language skills for example billingual in English or Arabic, written and oral. 
• Continously meet agreed KPIs as set by management, and report on sales updates. 
• Display thorough product knowledge and maintain professional and quality relationships with clients and customers. 
• Work effectively as part of a team and ensure customer satisfaction is met through good communication. 

Job Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree holder 
• Experience in both pre and after sales environments
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in database management and IT
• The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate history of achieving results
