Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for developing tools, resources, and training materials to support the sales team in closing deals effectively. This role involves creating pitch decks, case studies, and sales collateral that align with the company’s service offerings. The Sales Enablement Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging and provide ongoing training to improve sales performance. This role will also be involved in refining sales processes and ensuring the sales team has access to up-to-date information on products and services.
Required Experience: 3-5 years in sales enablement or sales operations.
Required Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
Skills Required: Content creation, sales training, process improvement, communication, and project management.
Any Additional Requirement: Experience working in B2B sales environments, particularly in financial services.
