Job Description:
The Head of Sales will lead the sales division, developing and executing the sales strategy to drive business growth in the SME sector for accounting and audit services. This role involves managing the sales team, setting revenue targets, and building long-term relationships with key clients. The Head of Sales will focus on identifying market opportunities, refining sales processes, and implementing tools and resources to improve team performance. The position requires working closely with the marketing and business development teams to align strategies, ensuring a seamless client acquisition and retention process.
Required Experience: 8-10 years of sales experience in financial services or accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Required Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Skills Required: Leadership, strategic sales planning, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management.
Any Additional Requirement: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
