Position: Employment Services Clerk – Emirati Program

Location: Umm Al Quwain

We are seeking an Employment Services Clerk to support our team in preparing staff for employment through comprehensive training and orientation programs. This role is essential in ensuring that employees are ready for the workplace and fully informed of UAE MOHRE guidelines and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct orientation and training sessions to prepare staff for employment, following UAE MOHRE guidelines.
  • Teach workplace expectations, employment rights, and adjustment to work culture.
  • Develop basic vocational training programs to help employees gain necessary job skills.
  • Update training content to stay aligned with MOHRE regulations and best practices.
  • Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure readiness for employment.
  • Work with HR to identify training needs and improve program effectiveness.
  • Keep accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously enhance training quality.

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree
  • Vocational Trainer Certification or Teaching Qualification is preferred.
  • UAE National with Family Book

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and teaching skills to engage and guide trainees.
  • Passion for training and mentoring students

  • Applicants must be open to work in another emirate
