Job Title: Customer Happiness – Government Relations – Emirati Program

Job Description:

  • Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question.
  • Ensure 100% data entry accuracy on all typing applications.
  • Achieve monthly target of 250 applications.
  • Guide and train new team members, set the role model example.
  • Support when sick or annual leave leaves the rota short staffed, and ensure the customers are never waiting for staff.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and government relations

Required Education & Qualification:

  • UAE National (Emirati passport holder)
  • High school or Degree holder

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • 100% accuracy data entry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.

Any Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills both Arabic and English
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
