Job Description:
The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold outreach, networking, and attending events. This role involves identifying and targeting SMEs that can benefit from the company’s accounting and audit services. The Client Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady pipeline of potential clients, contributing to revenue growth. This role also involves maintaining records of leads and outreach activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting.
Required Experience: 2-4 years in sales, lead generation, or client acquisition.
Required Education & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills Required: Lead generation, cold calling, communication, networking, and relationship building.
Any Additional Requirement: Experience in using CRM tools and previous experience in financial services sales is a plus.
