Educational Qualification, Working Experience & Vocational Certification:

• High School Graduate

• Current NBI/ Police Clearance

• Min. 2 yr. Relevant Experience

• Vocational Training Certificates- BLS

Skills & Qualities:

• Fluent in English & Effective Communicator

• Strong Social Skills

• Professionally Presented

• Weight in Proportion to Height

• Non-Smoker

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting with Personal Care - Bathing and Grooming, Dressing, Toileting, and Exercise

• Emotional Support - Being a Stable Companion and Supporter in all Matters Personal, Health-related and Emotional

• Basic Food Preparation - Preparing Meals, Shopping, Housekeeping, Laundry, and other errands

• Mobility Assistance - Maneuvering in and out of Wheelchair, Car, Shower, Bed.

• Care Communication - Relaying Information from each Visit to Family Members when Requested

• Health Monitoring - Following a Care Plan and Noticing Changes in the Individual’s Health, Recording and    Reporting any Fluctuations

• Home Organization - Help with Organizing, Packing or Cleaning for a Trip, or General House Care and Cleaning
