Job Title: Call Centre Representative/Sales

Location: Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road.

Office Timing: 8:00am-5:00 Monday-Friday, 8:00am-12:30pm Saturday, Sunday Off. 

Type of Position: Full time .

Language Requirement: English CEFER Language B2

The Responsibilities

  • Employ active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns, providing personalized solutions and recommendations with a strong command of language skills, including proficiency in both English written and spoken.
  • Effectively communicate complex information about products, services, and contractual details in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness to handle various customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues, escalating to appropriate channels when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks, balancing the needs of customers and meeting internal objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to facilitate successful sales transactions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Adhere to established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, working towards and achieving set goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Preferred in Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, but not mandatory).
  • Possess a proven track record with 2-3 years of experience in sales environments such as (Hospitality, Real Estate, Luxury Goods, Health Care, Banking, Travel and Tourism).
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in administration roles.
  • Exhibit proficiency in English, equivalent to CEFER Language B2 level.
  • Showcase strong skills in IT, including database management and Excel.
