Job Responsibilities 

• Learn and demonstrate an exceptional understanding of company services in order to communicate them to new and existing clients. 
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targerts, and provide a quality service at all times. 
• Maintain fruitful relationships with new and existing clients while exploring new opportunities for the company. 
• Consistently provide updates to management regarding sales opportunities and developments. 

Job Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree holder 
• Experience in both pre and after sales environments
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in database management and IT
• The ability to work well in a team and demonstrate history of achieving results
