We are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness, particularly within the SME sector. This role combines strategic business development with traditional marketing expertise to expand our client base in accounting advisory and audit services.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with SME clients, and leading a team to achieve sales targets.
- Marketing Strategy: Developing and executing traditional marketing campaigns, including radio, TV, print ads, and event sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Conducting research to identify market trends and customer needs, ensuring targeted and effective outreach.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Overseeing and mentoring those team members involved with business development activities, working closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of marketing and business development initiatives to maximize return on investment.
Required Experience:
- 5-7 years in business development and marketing.
- Proven experience in handling SMEs and driving new business acquisition.
- Strong background in traditional marketing, with experience in non-digital media channels.
Required Education & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Communications.
