Job title: Arabic Language Trainer – Emirati Program

Trainers required – FEMALE ONLY

Positions are in an all-female residential training centre environment and therefore not suitable for MALE applicants.

We are seeking an Arabic Language Trainer to join our team. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting assessments, and maintaining a standard of learning in line with industry best practices.

Job Description:

• Teach basic Arabic reading, writing, and conversational skills to students.
• Use simple and interactive teaching methods, including games, storytelling, and role-playing.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage participation.
• Adapt lessons to match the pace and level of each student.
• Motivate and support students to build confidence in using Arabic.

Required Education & Qualifications:

• High school or Diploma, bachelor’s degree
• Experience in teaching is a plus

Required Skills:

• Native proficiency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and use modern teaching aids.

Any additional Requirements:

• Emirati Applicants are highly preferred.

• Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the all-female student group.
