Job Description:

  • Offer a professional, well-presented, and energetic service in person, over the phone or online
  • Highly motivated individual with expert sales and persuasion skills.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, displaying excellent language skills in English written and oral CEFR Level B2 or above IELTS 6 or above.
  • Ensure that a high level of quality standard and attention to detail is applied throughout.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the sale is completed and customer satisfaction is met throughout the transaction.
  • Display exceptional product and service knowledge, taking pride in the company you always work for and our product and service.
  • Work within clearly outlined KPI’s and targets.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce)
  • Experienced in sales environment
  • Experienced in Administration software- CRM and Microsoft Office (Minimum 2 years)
