Job Title: Customer Data Entry Officer - Emirati Program
Job Description:
- Serve customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide advice and guidance to the client to correctly answer their question.
- Ensure 100% data entry accuracy on all typing applications.
- Achieve monthly target of 250 applications.
- Guide and train new team members, set the role model example.
- Support when sick or annual leave leaves the rota short staffed, and ensure the customers are never waiting for staff.
Required Experience:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service and government relations
Required Education & Qualification:
- UAE National (Emirati passport & family book holder)
- High school or Degree holder
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of UAE government processes and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- 100% accuracy data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently handle government process.
Any Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication skills both Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
